MySQL den alınan sorgunun farklı hücreleri etkilemesi

Merhaba,
MySQL den excel e bir sorgu çekiyorum. Gelen verileri A kolonuna basıyorum.
Gelen verilen karşısında B kolonunda bazı notlar yazıyorum. Sorguyu terkrar çektiğimde örneğin A6 da ki veri silinmişse B6 da yazdığım notunda silinmesini istiyorum. Şu an A6 silindiğinde B6 da yazdığım kaydığı için B7 e ait bir notmuş gibi oluyor.

You can use a VLOOKUP formula to ensure that the notes in column B stay with the data in column A when a row is deleted. The VLOOKUP formula looks up a value in the first column of a range and returns a corresponding value from any other column in the range.

For example, you can use the following formula in B6:
=VLOOKUP(A6,A1:B10,2,FALSE)

This formula will look up the value in A6 in the range A1:B10, and return the corresponding value in column B. When A6 is deleted, the formula will return #N/A, which will indicate that the data in A6 is gone.
