"Textbox4, 5 ve 6 nın aşağıdaki sorunuzdaki rolü ve etkisi ne olacak ?

Yani olay sadece textbox3 ve textbox7 arasında geçmiyor.
Örnek bir dosya eklerseniz çözüm hızlı olur.
