Satır renklendirmede kopyalama sorunu

Arkadaşlar satır renklendirmede aşağıdaki kodu kullanıyorum.Sayfam çok renkli ve farklı renkteki hücrelere gelince satır rengide değişiyor.Bunu tekrenk sarı yapabilirmiyiz. Ve hücreleri kopyalama yapıştırma işlemi yapamıyorum . Aynı anda birden fazla hücre seçmem gerekebiliyor . Dosyamı ekliyorum
