Makroda ve fonksiyonu kullanımı

Arkadaşlar merhaba,

Makro içerisinde ve fonksiyonu nasıl kullanılır? Örneğin A sütununda 1 olan hücre ve C sütununda elma yazılı olan gibi... Aşağıdaki makro çalışmamın bir kısmı. Kırmızı yazılı kısımda kullanmaya çalıştım beceremedim.
