Hücreden listbox a veri almak

Merhaba,

3 Kolonu ve 4 satırı olan bir listbox kullanıyorum hücreden veri almam gerekiyor aşağıdaki gibi bir kod kullandım fakat çalışmıyor.

Yardımcı olursanız memnun olurum.
